Aaron has a diverse civil litigation practice representing individuals and businesses in many industries. He has litigated disputes involving fiduciary liability, contract interpretation and enforcement, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, foreclosure, guaranty enforcement and various other commercial issues.
Additionally, Aaron has represented diverse parties in internal and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by the US Department of Justice (DOJ), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). On a pro bono basis, he has litigated cases involving wrongful conviction, housing discrimination and asylum. Prior to joining Andersen Schwartzman Woodard Brailsford, Aaron was an associate in the Chicago office of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP (2008–2013).
