Christy Arnold brings a diversity of experience and a track record of success across a spectrum of commercial litigation matters. She joined ASWB in 2017 after practicing commercial litigation in California for 12 years. At her previous firm, Hollins Law in Irvine, Christy built a reputation as a do-everything attorney, handling complex cases in areas of law including employment, intellectual property, traditional commercial litigation and bad faith.
For Christy, advocating for clients starts with understanding the businesses and people involved, and offering clients practical advice regarding their legal options. Once on a case, she researches the ins, outs, and complexities of the matter, ensuring clients don’t face any courtroom surprises. Christy’s courtroom demeanor is cordial, professional and confident.
Christy’s trial victories include helping successfully defend an insurance company against claims of disability discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and limiting damages awarded in a negligence and premise liability lawsuit to only $25,000. The suit sought damages of $1 million. Christy also secured favorable settlements prior to trial in lawsuits filed against large corporations.
Christy lives in Eagle, ID with her spouse, cat and two dogs. She loves hiking, biking, camping, rafting and everything else the Idaho outdoors has to offer.
